Refund policy

Order Check:

 Immediate try on is available while the courier awaits. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can pay the shipping fees and give it back to the courier .

Refund and Exchange policy:

Refund is available within 2 days of receiving the item, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange is available within 3 days from receiving the order, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund and exchange are available through the showroom only.

Sale Period:

No refund or exchange on the on-sale items unless there’s a defect in the item from the brand’s side
